COMPANY STRATEGY & POLICY
We, at Bauma Group, are highly interested in conducting business with reliable and leading companies, organizations, and individuals in Indonesia, the Asia-Pacific region, and around the world. Our goal is to collaborate with partners that produce, manufacture, develop, supply, or provide—now and in the future—a wide range of goods, products, services, and solutions that fit, complement, or relate to the business of each specialized Bauma Company.
We prefer to utilize our own intellectual property (trademarks, servicemarks, patents, copyrights, industrial designs etc.) whenever possible, in the production, manufacturing, assembly, development, sale, and marketing of the goods and products, as well as in the delivery of services and solutions to our customers.
At the same time, we are also interested in acting as agents, distributors, retailers, wholesalers, value-added resellers, system integrators, and system solutions providers for various kinds of leading goods, products, services, and solutions both in Indonesia and in other designated countries. We will use the original brand names, trademarks, and service marks of the principal manufacturers if, in our sole judgment, it is deemed more profitable or strategic for Bauma Group to do so – depending on the specific market conditions and territories.
We understand and believe that change in everything in our world is inevitable and should be embraced. We are now in the era of 4.0, where digital technology and the roles of IoT, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and social media have become more prevalent and essential, transforming how businesses and society operate today and continuing to play an important role in the future. Artificial Intelligence (AI), offers immense opportunities for enhancing efficiency, personalizing customer experiences, and driving data-driven decision-making. Thus, we have a strong interest in integrating and harnessing the benefits and potential of digital technology to strengthen our company(ies) through the products and services we offer, as well as through other means such as software creation, development and support, customer service, and marketing.

- Be highly focused on its core business.
- Be competent and professional in all business activities.
- Treat all employees fairly and in accordance with Bauma Group’s Business Conduct and General & Specific Company Regulations.
- Remain free, independent, non-partisan, and must never represent themselves or any Bauma Company(ies) or the Bauma Group in any form of active political engagement. This includes involvement in political parties, violent demonstrations, terrorist acts, riots, or extreme mass, social, or religious organizations, provocation of religious, ethnic, racial or sectarian prejudice or hatred, in Indonesia and worldwide, regardless of cause or reason, and whether directly or indirectly, officially or unofficially, voluntarily or involuntarily, actively or passively, knowingly or unknowingly, commercially or otherwise.
- Maintain a lean organizational structure, minimize bureaucracy, be highly disciplined, productive, and efficient in all operations.
- Strive to become the best in their respective fields for customer satisfaction.
- Offer the best prices and services to loyal customers who consistently pay on time. Do everything possible to retain their loyalty without compromising the company’s reputation or interests. Continuously expand, maintain, and update the customer base.

POTENTIAL PROBLEMS & CHALLENGES
The journey toward accomplishing Bauma Group’s mission will definitely be a difficult one – full of potential risks, turmoil, dangers, conflicts, intrigues, disagreements, disputes, discrepancies, sabotage, betrayal, crises, and uncertainties. These challenges may arise from within or outside any Bauma Company. However, the people within Bauma Group should not be afraid or be discouraged. These challenges are inevitable for any organization, regardless of who they are, what they do, or where they operate. They are part of the universal reality of doing business in a constantly evolving world.
The single most important responsibility of each Bauma Company’s top management and of the Chairman of Bauma Group is to ensure the survival of the respective Bauma Company and the Bauma Group, through strong leadership under all the foregoing circumstances – Always focus on the business and our loyal customers, always operate with honesty and professionalism, always make extraordinary and relentless efforts to resolve every problem, and seize every opportunity so that the respective Bauma Company will emerge as the leader and survivor.
Down the road, Bauma Group acknowledges that while some of the specialized Bauma Companies will succeed and excel tremendously, and some may fail, stagnate, or become dormant for whatever reason and due to unforeseen factors. Constant evaluation and necessary adjustment may become a mantra in search for better ways —especially in this era of digital technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 where the world is full of constant changes, fierce competitions, turmoils and uncertainties.
Despite these challenges, we are optimistic. Huge business opportunities will also emerge as a result of digitalization and the rapid development of technologies. These advancements enable “real-time” information communication, and transactions, and has made our world a borderless and interconnected one.
