TO STRENGTHEN OUR TEAM :
Bauma Group is seeking to recruit a limited number of selected candidates under a PKWT (Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu) agreement. Candidates will be assigned to various roles and responsibilities as needed. We are looking for individuals who meet the following qualifications:
- Age between 30-40 years old.
- Hardworking professionals who can work independently and in a team.
- Proven to be talented, proactive, efficient, productive, disciplined, and open-minded. A natural leader who can contribute to the growth and success of Bauma Group’s diverse businesses.
- Applicant should have a deep understanding of the business they are applying for, including its prospects, challenges, and job responsibilities. They should stay updated with market trends.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in both online and offline business operations and operating various devices (computer/laptop/tablet) , operating systems, Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, and digital applications.
- Willing to WFO (Work From Office) or WFA (Work From Anywhere), and to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods (weeks/months), for various business purposes, as needed, without hesitation.
- A positive attitude is essential. Applicants should do his/her best to improve and excel in their chosen position and deliver top-quality products, services, and solutions to both the company and its clients.
- Must be a perfectionist while remaining practical and pragmatic when dealing with real-world challenges and people from various backgrounds.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin (and its dialects) and/or Japanese is an added advantage.
- Own a car or motorcycle, depending on the requirements of the position applied for.
- Must be healthy, physically fit, free from visible or underlying illnesses, and eligible for BPJS or private health insurance.
